Sierra Leone High Commission Participates in 24th Anniversary of Disabled International Foundation UK/Sierra Leone

The Sierra Leone High Commission (SLHC) took part in the 24th-anniversary celebration of the Disabled International Foundation UK/Sierra Leone (DIFSIL) on Saturday 09/11/2024. Held on Rye Lane, Peckham, the fundraising event aimed at supporting DIFSIL’s ongoing initiatives in Sierra Leone.

The foundation’s work focuses on enhancing education, healthcare, agriculture, and food security for people in Sierra Leone who are living with disabilities.
SLHC’s participation underscores its commitment to supporting these vital projects, which are designed to improve quality of life and create sustainable opportunities for disabled individuals across Sierra Leone.

The evening’s celebrations highlighted the achievements of DIFSILover the past 24 years and aimed to raise awareness and resources to continue these impactful programs, spearheaded by its dedicated founder and Director Dr. Imambay Kamara.
